Come visit this “Little Gem of a Museum” featuring the colorful history of the town of Rangeley and the surrounding plantations. Featuring fascinating artifacts from a bygone era housed in the first brick structure built in Northern Franklin County. This former Rangeley Trust Building is listed on the National Registry of Historic Buildings and served as the town office and jail. You’ll be amazed by the vintage collections sharing agricultural, logging, grand hotel, railroad, gilded age, and domestic histories. Come see the old jail cell, a working model of the famous narrow-gauge railroad, and so much more. Admission is free and donations are welcome. Museum is open Wednesday - Sunday 11:00AM - 2:00PM.
