Kundalini Yoga incorporates poses with movement, meditation, dynamic breathing, and mantra.  One of the oldest forms of yoga, it raises energy from the base of the spine through the chakras. You'll end each class with a genuine smile on your face!  No previous yoga experience needed to participate.
