The Maine Forestry Museum is proud to announce the 33rd Annual Little Miss & Mister Woodchip Contest along with cloggers, music and light refreshments immediately following the contest.
Every girl and boy age 6 to 8 is welcome to sign up for the contest. Contestants may sing a song or recite a poem; they may chose a favorite or write their own. (Other performances, such as dancing or playing a musical instruments, will not be accepted toward the competition.) Every Woodchip contestant receives a prize. Winners will ride in the Little Miss and Mister Woodchip float in the Maine Forestry Museum parade on Saturday, July 29th, and will be introduced at the Festival immediately after the parade. Admission is $3.00 for Children and $5.00 for Adults (excluding contestants immediate family and Museum members)
