This class combines strength conditioning and cardiovascular training for a full body workout.

Designed to shed excess fat while building muscular strength and endurance, TBS is encouraged to individuals of all ages who are looking to challenge themselves and walk out feeling strong. Be sure to bring plenty of water and a post workout snack!
