Town of Rangeley offers a wide variety of recreation programs The  through the Parks and Recreation Department.  Schedules are offered each summer, fall, winter, and spring. Fly Fishing - 26 K

Tours, lessons, crafts, sports, games, trips, and classes are planned to appeal to all ages and abilities.  Pre- registration is required for most programs. Listings of available programs and registration forms are available at the Rangeley Town Office @ 207 864-3326.

The Rangeley Lakes Heritage Trust (864-7311) runs weekly ECO-Venture programs throughout July and August but you must enroll early to ensure a spot for your child.

The Junior Guides Program sponsored by the Rangeley Region Guides' & Sportsmen's Association @ 207-864-5647 offers recreation opportunities for boys and girls ages 9-14. You also need to enroll early for this 6 week program which begins in early July. Various experienced instructors will lead programs specializing in outdoor activities, sports, and fun. 

Each Sunday in July, August, and September from 2:00 to 4:00, the Wilhelm Reich Museum will host a series of natural science, outdoor-oriented educational programs. Each is lead by a knowledgeable instructor. There is no charge to join these informative seminars..
